How to Buy Membership

The platform offers different membership plans tailored to specific user types. Each membership unlocks features and services relevant to the user’s role.


User Types & Membership Plans #

There are four types of users on the platform, each with their own membership options:

1. Student #

  • Rookie
  • Champ
  • Professional

2. Professional #

  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum

3. College Admin #

  • Basic
  • Essential
  • Ultimate

4. Corporate #

  • Basic
  • Prime
  • Elite

Prerequisite: Sufficient Credits #

Before purchasing a membership, ensure that your account has enough credits.

  • Memberships can only be purchased using available credits
  • If your balance is low, first refer to How to Buy Credit and top up your wallet

Steps to Buy Membership #

1. Navigate to Membership Section #

  • Go on Memberships and click on My Membership
  • If the user has already purchased a membership, it will be displayed there, and they can also choose to upgrade it.

2. Select Your Plan #

  • Choose the membership plan based on your requirements
  • Review the features and pricing

3. Confirm Purchase #

  • Click on Buy Now or Purchase

4. Deduction of Credits #

  • The required credits will be deducted from your wallet

5. Activation #

  • Once the transaction is successful, your membership will be activated immediately
  • You can start using the associated benefits immediately

Credit Usage #

  • Membership purchase is done entirely using credits (no direct payment gateway involved here)

Plan Details #

  • It is recommended to review plan features before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs

Unable to Purchase Membership #

  • Check if you have sufficient credits
  • Ensure you are selecting a valid plan for your user type

Membership Not Activated #

  • Refresh the page or log in again
  • Check your account status under Memberships -> My Memberships
  • Contact support if the issue persists
